This portal is for the submission of grant and fellowship application for the SGS Office Campus Dissertation Development Awards, the Bevier Fellowship and external fellowship competitions managed by the SGS Office of Fellowships and Awards.

The SGS Conference Travel Fund is designed to support graduate student travel to an important conference in their field of study to present a paper or poster. Doctoral students may apply for up to $1,000.00 to support their participation in a conference important to their field of study.
Participating graduate programs are provided with a block grant to allocate funds to support graduate student conference travel.
The application process is a multi-step process as follows:
1. Students submit a funding request to their graduate program via the SGS Submittable platform
2. Graduate programs review, rate and allocate funds from their block grant

4. After the funds are awarded, students will be sent a post-award report to complete in order to document how the funds were expended.
Program Timeline The application portal will open on October 22, 2023 and the review site for graduate programs will open on 网际直通车.
Graduate programs set their own internal deadlines for submissions or accept applications on a rolling basis.
The SGS Business Office will process approved awards on the following dates in 2023-2023:
